Ready-to-Wear  

Ready-to-wear orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

 

Made-to-Order  

Made-to-order pieces have an estimated production timeline of 2–4 weeks due to material sourcing and production time, though many orders are completed sooner whenever possible.

 

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery  

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.  

 

Estimated delivery times:  

- Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days  

- International: 7–21 business days

Lost or Delayed Packages  

Sylvan Studios is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out and I’ll do my best to help.
