Returns

 

Ready-to-Wear  

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for ready-to-wear items. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

 

Returns must be approved prior to being sent back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

 

Made-to-Order  

These items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items  

Unfortunately, returns are not accepted on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges  

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items  

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

 

If approved, I will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Cancellations  

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, materials and production may have already begun, and cancellations may not be possible.
